There are three separate .pdf files in the .zip file:
US 8.5" x 11" paper size
A4 paper size
A0 paper size
 
Note: 
This is a digital pattern pack. You will need to download it and print it. The first page of the pattern has a measurement key, which is a rectangle with with cm and inch measurements on it. After printing the pattern, measure this rectangle with a ruler or measuring tape to validate that the measurements marked on the rectangle match those on your physical ruler. If they do not match, you will need to adjust the print scale control in the print dialogue box on your computer (usually by choosing "custom" and then 100%).
